Interim Office Manager (4 months)

The European Heat Pump Association is looking for an interim office manager to take care of the administration and day-to-day running of the association in Brussels. This would be a replacement contract for maternity leave for minimum 4 months.

The successful candidate should be very organised, structured and stress resistant. He/she is capable of adapting fast and work alone, understand the organisation’s structure and accounting structure to be able to deal with all incoming and outgoing invoices.
