Giulia holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in International Relations and Diplomatic Affairs from the University of Bologna, Italy. During her final year of studies, she had two internships: one at the CNA Office in Brussels and another at the Italian Embassy in Paris. Afterward, she pursued a specialization course in Diplomacy at Luiss University in Rome.

Before joining EHPA, Giulia worked as an EU Policy Officer at the Brussels Liaison Office of Regione Liguria, representing the interests of her regional authority at the European institution.

She holds two Executive Master's programs, one in Global Marketing and Communication and another in European Project Management.

She joined EHPA in May 2023 as EU Projects Officer.
