Jamilla has completed a Higher Diploma in Hotel and Tourism Management at Alpine Center. She began her career at The European Montessori School; a privately run family business where she spent 7 years. She was tasked with a wide variety of responsibilities, which gave her the ability to function well under pressure in high stress situations and with very demanding clients.  

Thereafter, Jamilla worked for Regus for 3 years. As Manager of the centre, she was responsible for building effective relationships with new and existing customers, while finding ways to increase sales and revenue. Jamilla joined Spencer Stuart, the global executive search  and leadership consulting firm. She held a dual role of Reception/Office Assistant, as well as Executive Assistant.

More recently, Jamilla worked for Manpower Talent Solutions. Where she was outsourced Personal Assistant to the Vice President of Mobility for Toyota Motors Europe and the Chief Digital and Customer Experience Officer at KINTO Mobility.

Jamilla speaks English and French. She joined EHPA in September 2024 as Office Assistant & Executive Assistant to the Director General.
