Francesca holds a master's degree in Sustainable Development, specializing in EU projects management. After moving to Brussels, she worked with organizations such as the World Fair Trade Organization and SOLIDAR Foundation, implementing sustainable social and environmental initiatives.

At the European Energy Research Alliance (EERA), she worked as a project manager assistant, supporting projects like SUPEERA and ETIP SNET within the EU Strategic Energy Technology Plan (SET Plan) framework. Her focus was on fostering collaboration among national research, industries, and promoting energy advancements at the EU level.

In December 2023, Francesca joined EHPA as an EU Projects Officer. Currently, she leads communication and dissemination for the META BUILD Horizon Europe project and coordinates its Transdisciplinary Advisory Board.
