With a master's degree in Sustainable Development studies, Francesca embarked on her journey in the realm of EU projects management and implementation. When she moved to Brussels, she dedicated her efforts to implementing sustainable social and environmental activities at organisations such as the World Fair Trade Organisation and the SOLIDAR Foundation.

She ultimately honed her expertise in EU energy needs through her internship at the European Energy Research Alliance. Her focus includes facilitating the integration of energy innovations into the EU market, fostering coordination among national research and industries and promoting energy innovation at EU level. Captivated by the impactful work in the field, she took on the challenge of implementing projects in renewable energy. 

In December 2023, Francesca joined EHPA as an EU Projects Officer.
