EHPA aims for quality. Together with its member it tries to show both the end-consumers and policy makers that heat pumps are quality products that are very energy efficient and are using the available renewable energy sources as much as possible.

EHPA is the voice of the heat pump sector in the European Union and advocates for a faster deployment of heat pumps. We want EU laws that enable heat pumps to become the number one heating and cooling solution in Europe. Everyone, everywhere should have access to sustainable, affordable heating.

EHPA members meet at the annual general assembly. EHPA organises the annual conference Heat Pump Forum, and several heat pump related events every year. EHPA co-organises and supports the European Heat Pump Summit in Nuremberg. EHPA is present at major trade fairs in Europe.

About EHPA
Communications Officer
European Heat Pump Association > Communications OfficerEHPA, the association representing the heat pump sector, is looking for a dynamic Communications Officer. The ideal candidate is a young professional, autonomous and fast learner who will be able to juggle the multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As a Communications Officer, you will be mainly responsible for supporting the Head of Communications executing EHPA communications work plan. In general, you will be responsible for
Marketing and Social Media:
- Write press releases, concept notes
- Create fun messages
- Support the creation of a network of journalists and other stakeholders by updating the database
- Create content for press kits, newsletters and related materials
Web: Support the development of the new website by creating content and coordinating with the whole team
Events: Support the team in the organization of events, webinars, workshops etc.
The Profile
- Bachelor or master’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field
- 2-3 year of work experience
- Experience in using CMS (WordPress)
- Experience in managing social media
- Basics graphic designs skills (Adobe/Canva/video editing software)
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Some knowledge of the major EU institutions and their decision process
- Excellent writing skills
- Positive attitude, creativity, willingness to learn
- Working permit in Belgium
