DGI Byen Conference center Tietgensgade 65 DK - 1704 Copenhagen

Join us in Copenhagen on January 23-24, 2024, for the fourth edition of the High-Temperature Heat Pump Symposium—an essential gathering for experts and enthusiasts in the field!

High-temperature heat pumps play a pivotal role in achieving the goals of the Paris Agreement and industry decarbonisation. Often referred to as the “hidden champions,” industrial heat pumps (HTHP) offer a compelling solution for significantly reducing climate gas emissions in various industries.

Operating at higher temperatures, these heat pumps provide energy-efficient and emission-free process heat, aligning with climate goals. However, implementing heat pump technology in high-temperature applications, such as industrial processes and district heating, presents challenges. Innovations are needed to lower specific investment costs, enhance energy efficiency, and ensure stable operation.

To address these challenges and explore the latest developments, SINTEF, DTU Construct, the Danish Technological Institute, in collaboration with EHPA, have collaborated to create a platform for experts. The symposium offers a unique opportunity to delve into the current state of technology, ongoing activities, challenges, and perspectives.

Featuring keynote lectures and presentations by leading experts, the event covers a broad spectrum—from technological advancements to application-specific challenges. Participants can expect to gain insights into successful concepts and cases where heat pump technology has been effectively implemented.

This symposium is a must-attend for professionals from research institutions, manufacturers, consultants, end-users, and anyone interested in high-temperature heat pumps. Join us for a valuable experience, exploring the intersection of academia and industry in the realm of high-temperature heat pump systems!
