Certification
EHPA aims for quality. Together with its member it tries to show both the end-consumers and policy makers that heat pumps are quality products that are very energy efficient and are using the available renewable energy sources as much as possible.

EHPA is the voice of the heat pump sector in the European Union and advocates for a faster deployment of heat pumps. We want EU laws that enable heat pumps to become the number one heating and cooling solution in Europe. Everyone, everywhere should have access to sustainable, affordable heating.

Events
EHPA members meet at the annual general assembly. EHPA organises the annual conference Heat Pump Forum, and several heat pump related events every year. EHPA co-organises and supports the European Heat Pump Summit in Nuremberg. EHPA is present at major trade fairs in Europe.

About EHPA
Office Manager
European Heat Pump Association > Office ManagerAs an office manager, you are the oil to the secretariat’s engine, managing the daily operations of the association and making sure everything runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is a versatile multitask person, capable of adapting fast and working autonomously.
The Role
As the Office Manager, you will be mainly responsible for
Finance:
- Budgeting
- Relations to accountant, treasurer and auditor
- Financial report of EU projects
- Invoicing, handling of receipts
HR:
- Coordinating the recruitment of colleagues from A to Z
- Onboarding of new employees
- Salary management and optimisation
IT:
- Development of the Extranet (with the developer)
- Manage the server, various mailbox creation and accounts
- Database management
- Manage all IT material and software’s
Other:
- Coordinate the administration aspect of membership applications
- All legal aspects linked to the Belgian framework
- Organizing the General Assembly
- Being the main contact point for all kind of requests
The Profile
- At least 3 years of solid work experience in a similar association in a similar position
- French/Dutch native with proficiency in English
- You know very well the Belgian legal framework for AISBL
- You have experience in the reporting of EU projects
- You know about accounting processes
- Excellent numerical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- You have managed IT projects before or have a strong interest in IT
- Experience with Exact online, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Office365, Canva, Eventbrite, Zoom
- Versatility, flexibility, thinking out of the box, structured mindset
- Working permit in Belgium
