Sweden takes over presidency of EUEB

Nov. 11, 2009 – Ecolabelling Sweden, the Swedish EU Ecolabel competent body, now presides over the European Ecolabelling Board (EUEB) through CEO Ragnar Unge. The EUEB deals with criteria proposals and new strategies for the EU Ecolabel.

Apart from arranging meetings in Brussels, Ecolabelling Sweden also hosted a Presidency Meeting on October 12-13th in Sigtuna, outside Stockholm. Approximately 20 of the 27 member countries participated in the meeting and discussed new methods of working with the EU Ecolabel.
