Germanies new minister for building declares passive house as "standard technology"

Nov. 17, 2009 – In a speech as part of the initial declaration of the new German government on 9.11.2009, Dr. Peter Ramsauer declared the technology to build houses with a specific energy demand of approx. 15 kWh/(m2a) to be the industry standard.
