EU Compliance with the F-Gas Regulation

Aug. 11, 2009 – With the F-Gas Registration deadline going by last Saturday, only 20 out of 27 EU Member States were found compliant in setting up the necessary framework according to a survey conducted by EPEE. The progress of the RAC industry in terms of registering for obtaining F-Gas certificates seems to be even slower.

20 Member States are already compliant: The list of compliant countries includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
