Quality Label

Description

The Quality Label Committee is in charge of coordinating the quality label programme which aims at creating a common set of requirements to ensure product and service quality for heat pumps. Within the QLC, EHPA is working intensively towards quality assurance for heat pump systems (units and model ranges).

The Chair - Christian Köfinger

Christian Köfinger is working for AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH as Business Manager for heat pump technologies. He is working for AIT, Austria's largest research and technology organisation, since more than 15 years. 

Christian Köfinger is actively involved in CEN standardisation committees dealing with testing and rating of heat pumps.

Who can attend?

Members of the QLC are representatives of the national quality label commissions and members of the EHPA accepted test centres. Each national quality label commission can assign industry representatives to participate as guests (without voting rights). Membership is governed by the rules and regulations of the committee.

Schedule

The Quality Label Committee meets 3 times per year.
